After completing the exhibition design for the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley galleries, 1717 was asked to design an elegant 132-page, perfect bound publication, written by Marge Lee. This tiny coffee table book features the Museum’s phenomenal collection of miniature houses which includes the work of seventy artists, many who are giants in the diminutive world of miniatures. Printed on coated paper, this 5” x 5” book features almost 100 beautiful full-color reproductions of the miniature houses, their interiors and furnishings. Photography is by Ron Blunt, Erik Kvalsvik and Greg Staley. The book will retail exclusively in the Museum Gift Shop.
